Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $40:** Standard Shipping is **FREE**.
Orders under $40:** Standard Shipping is a flat rate of **$10**.
Express Shipping:** Available for **$15** on any order.
When will my order be shipped?
We know you're keen to get your gear. Orders are usually dispatched within the **next business day**.
How long does delivery take?
We use **Australia Post**. Delivery times depend on your location:
Standard:** 2–6 business days.
Express:** 1–3 business days.

Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Afterpay.
How does Afterpay work?
Afterpay allows you to "Shop Now, Pay Later." You pay for your order in 4 interest-free installments every two weeks. Simply select Afterpay at checkout.

Can I use PayPal Guest Checkout?
Yes. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay via PayPal using your credit or debit card as a guest.
Returns & Store Credit
What is your return policy?
We offer returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.
Orders over $40:** Your first return label is **FREE**.
Multiple Returns: If you return items from the same order separately, the first label is free, but any subsequent labels will incur a **$10 fee**
Can I get store credit instead of a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer, we can issue Store Credit for the value of your return. Store credit is sent via a digital code and never expires, giving you the flexibility to pick something else up later.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

While we love the enthusiasm, we do not accept unsolicited ideas or designs. This helps us avoid any future misunderstandings regarding our brand's creative direction.
