At YOLO REPUBLIC, we strive to get your high-quality apparel to you as quickly as possible. We use Australia Post for all our domestic deliveries to ensure reliable and trackable service.
 
1. Shipping Options & Rates
 
We offer various shipping tiers based on your order value and urgency:

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
 
* Dispatch: We value your time. Orders are usually shipped within the next business day after your order is placed.
* Delivery Times: Once dispatched, Australia Post delivery timeframes apply. These vary based on your location:
* Standard Post: 2–6 business days (longer for WA, NT, and regional areas).
* Express Post: 1–3 business days (within the Australia Post Express Network).
 
 
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
 
3. Returns Policy
 
We want you to love your YOLO REPUBLIC gear. If you aren’t 100% satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.
 
* Free Returns (Orders over $40): For orders over $40, your first return label is free.
* Additional Returns: If you have multiple items in a single order, please try to return them together. While the first return label is free, a $10.00 standard fee will be charged for any subsequent return labels requested for the same order.
* Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
 
4. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
 
Our change-of-mind policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. In the case of a major fault, YOLO REPUBLIC will cover all return shipping costs.
 
5. How to Start a Return
 
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
 
a. Email us at contact@yolorepublic.com.au with your order number.
b. State the reason for your return.
c. Once approved, we will send you an Australia Post shipping label.
d. Drop your package at any Australia Post office or red street posting box.
